1. Collect yourself
In addition to home delivery, you can also collect your order at one of our collection points near you.
- Do you order via the webshop? Then you can choose a collection point and collection date during your purchase.
- Ordering in the showroom? Then one of our colleagues will ask you which location and date you prefer to pick up your purchase.
The day before pick-up, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your shipment is ready for pick-up the next day. For your convenience, always bring your order form (digital or on paper), so we can process your order smoothly.
*Always take into account the weight of your order and the loading capacity of your car and/or trailer.
2. Standard delivery
Do you prefer to have your goods delivered to your home? Then there are three different transport options. The first is standard delivery. In this case, we deliver to your doorstep, on the street or on the pavement using a standard truck with tailgate.
Delivery day:
- The evening before delivery, you will receive confirmation via text message and a track & trace link.
- On the delivery day, you can find a precise time slot via your track & trace link.
- Provide a free space of 15m in front of the house.
- The driver will deliver the goods on the street or pavement using a transpallet.
- If you are not present, you will bear the cost of a second delivery yourself.

1 pallet: €69

3. Delivery by crane truck
A second delivery option is by crane truck. This involves unloading your goods from the street to a place of your choice within the crane's reach (5 metres).
Delivery day:
- The evening before delivery, you will receive a confirmation via text message containing a time slot.
- On delivery day, the driver calls half an hour before arrival.
- The driver unloads the goods. These are delivered from the street to a free location specified by you within a range of 5 metres. * No delivery on floors, balconies or underground.
- Provide a free place of 20m in front of the house.
- If you are not present, you bear the cost of a second delivery yourself.

4. Delivery by forklift truck
A third delivery option is via the forklift truck. Here, your goods are driven to a location of your choice. However, you have to take into account a driveable surface and a free passage of 3m width and 3m height.
Delivery day:
- The evening before delivery, you will receive a text message and track & trace link.
- The driver unloads the goods. The goods will be delivered to the free location you specify that is accessible with the cage trailer. For this, provide a free passage of 3 metres wide and 3 metres high.
- Provide a free place of 20m in front of the house.
- If you are not present, you will bear the cost of a second delivery.

from 2 pallets: €229

5. Parcel delivery via POST NL
This option is available when you order maintenance products, tools or other accessories.
When your parcel leaves our distribution centre, you will receive an e-mail with track & trace code so you can follow your parcel closely.
Cost:
Parcel delivery is available from €5.
